Refund policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer free returns; fees are applicable.

Items that are non-returnable:

·         Health and Beauty Products: These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please carefully consider your purchase of these products.

Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

·         The order must include all relevant parts and accessories, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when you received the product.

·         Normal use of the product is visible; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

·         Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

·         The product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.

·         We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

·         Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

Upon receiving your return request, we will email you the correct address to send the product back.
Never send the package to the sender’s address on the shipping label, as this is not the correct return address and your request may not be processed properly.

Note: Our warehouses are located in China, so the return address will be in that country.
The cost of shipping the returned product is fully borne by the customer. We recommend sending the package using a trackable method to have proof that the package has been sent and delivered.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to start the return process:

1.      Send an email to: info@nolaritoronto.com

2.      Ensure the email contains the following information:

o    Order number

o    Reason for the return request

o    Photo of the product if damaged

o    Customer’s full name

o    Customer’s address

We will respond to your request by providing the return address. Never send a return to the sender; we will give you the correct address after you contact us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.

Order Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal agreement for purposes not primarily related to their business or profession:

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is not possible until you receive the goods.

To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform Nolari Toronto through a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Withdrawal is completed when we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Record for In-Transit Shipments

Our goods are shipped from Asia, so longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods, then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your desire to cancel the order earlier.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, please provide shipping confirmation.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must immediately refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (including additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal and receive the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment methods you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances will you incur any costs for this refund.

All returns are at the customer’s expense.
